Please allow 10-15 business days for processing and delivery.

All items are shipped UPS Ground unless another shipping method is requested.

UPS cannot ship to a post office box.

Please contact us immediately should you need assistance with rush service, expedited or international shipping.

Return Policy

In order to provide you with a larger selection of styles, sizes and colors we now offer "Embroidery On Demand" services. This allows us to produce select items with your choice of logo, color and placement. Please understand the "Embroidery On Demand" distribution method can reduce waste and allows us to offer you more product options than ever before, however, this service does require longer lead times and limits our ability to accept returns and exchanges. Once we special order your style, size, color and decorate it, we cannot take it back, except of course in cases of manufacturer defect or decoration error.

Please do not attempt to return or exchange an item without a valid, clearly marked Return Authorization Number. Please contact us in advance to request a Return Authorization Number. T & P Incentives can not be held liable for any shipping or handling charges incurred on unauthorized returns.
