SHIPPING & HANDLING

      • Please allow 12-15 business days for processing and delivery.

      • All items ship UPS or FedEx Ground unless another shipping method is requested.

      • Freight will be automatically calculated at checkout but may vary at final billing.

      • Please contact us immediately should you need assistance with rush service, expedited or international shipping.

      • We cannot ship your order to a P.O. Box. We need a physical street address such as your office or residence. We've added a checkbox at checkout to
        identify if your address is a business or residential address.


SALES TAX

Sales tax will be added to shipments and is automatically calculated at checkout

RETURN POLICY

In order to provide you with a larger selection of styles, sizes and colors we now offer "Embroidery On Demand" services. This allows us to produce select items with your choice of logo, color and placement. Please understand the "Embroidery On Demand" distribution method can reduce waste and allows us to offer you more product options than ever before, however, this service does require longer lead times and limits our ability to accept returns and exchanges. Once we special order your style, size, color and decorate it, we cannot take it back, except of course in cases of manufacturer defect or decoration error.

Please do not attempt to return or exchange an item without a valid, clearly marked Return Authorization Number. Please contact us in advance to request a Return Authorization Number. T & P Incentives cannot be held liable for any shipping or handling charges incurred on unauthorized returns. If for any reason you have questions or concerns about your order, our products or services, please contact us immediately.

CREDIT CARD & PAYMENT INFO

Please note all ONEOK Outfitter credit card purchases will show as “T&P Incentives” on your credit card statement. If you are unsure or you card has been compromised, please contact us with an alternate payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard & American Express
